About Lord Orange

Lord Orange is an independent tech portal created for developers, by developers. Our mission is to provide high-quality, actionable content that helps you debug faster, choose better tools, and stay ahead of important security requirements like the AdSense CSP nonce mandate.

The site is built entirely on Cloudflare Workers using the Hono framework and styled with Pico.css. Every page is rendered at the edge in under 10 milliseconds, with no databases, no servers, and no client-side JavaScript frameworks.

Lord Orange ("we", "us", "our") operates the website lordorange.top (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Site.

Analytics (Google Analytics / GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed, approximate region, device type, and interactions). Google may use cookies or similar technology, and may process usage data as described in Google's privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy. The property measurement ID is G-2R7MF0VVC2.

Analytics storage is only enabled after you choose Accept on our cookie banner (see Your choices (consent)). If you choose Essential only, we keep analytics cookies in a denied state compatible with Google’s Consent Mode.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We plan to use Google AdSense after our application is approved. The Site does not currently display ad units. When AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, mobile advertising IDs, or similar technologies to serve ads. Personalized ads will depend on your consent: if you choose Accept on our banner, we will signal consent for ad storage and related purposes through Google’s Consent Mode. If you choose Essential only, we do not grant those signals (they apply when ads are active).

Your choices (consent)

When you first visit the Site, we show a short banner so you can accept analytics storage (and ad-related storage signals for when ads are enabled) or choose Essential only. Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key lo_consent (accepted or essential) so we do not ask again on every page load. You can clear site data for lordorange.top in your browser settings to see the banner again and change your choice.

Cookies & third-party technologies

Besides the services above, we do not operate our own account system on this Site and we do not intentionally collect personal data in forms. Third parties (including Google when Analytics or future AdSense is active) may set cookies or process data subject to their own policies.

You may opt out of some third-party cookies via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Hosting (Cloudflare)

Our Site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process requests (for example, security and basic technical metadata). Please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
